Ingredients:
1kg potatoes
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 teaspoon chopped garlic
120ml water
70ml olive oil
30 ml lemon juice
Directions:
Chop the garlic and cut the potatoes into wedges, then squeeze the lemon. Mix juice, water and oil, then pour over the potatoes. Season and bake at 220°C (440°F) for 20-30 minutes.
