Thanks for sharing this, but I don't agree at all with it, sorry! That's happening ONLY to people who are NOT Up-2-Date with their Professional Development. When being Up-2-Date by learning every day a bit (byte by byte...) one can set the bar high to get the maximum out from it, NOT so difficult ===> PracTICE matters...
