Typically, strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, etc. Each hotel/resort is different. They are seeking individuals who can meet the essential functions of the position, and who have the right experience, skills, and job match for the hotel brand. Be yourself, know why are you are a right fit, and be prepared to demonstrate how your customer service skills can be a perfect fit for the role!
