Imagine diverse learning ecosystems where learning adapts to each child rather than each child trying to adapt to school (which tends to be programmed). This puts the learner in charge where youngssters can develop their own innate skills inspired from home schooling.

Learning or education and the industries employing need to work together to close the gap. The cycle for updating learning cannot continue to be so great or we need to change strategies and accept the irrelevance of some of the content we deliver.
