Some years ago, some university programs did not conceive the idea of leadership as innovative. Nowadays, this is a whole new idea for the programs. Since it proposes a new variety f skills required for this 21st century. In the article it was explianed several steps to follow in order to accomplish the effectiveness and the correct performance in order to have the cualities required for this types of schools. The steps varied from the staff, to the students' performance, to the use of assessment tools and the decision making. But, for me the real idea is to take out the essence of this steps and adpated them to any educational context that needs them.
